We work with employers to prepare and submit applications for temporary employment, whether your job candidate is outside the U.S., currently in the U.S. with another employer, or in the U.S. in a different status.  We keep you up-to-date on all changes in law and policy effecting your business along the way.

FAMILY / DEPENDENT SERVICES

We provide filing assistance and guidance to employees' family members with the same commitment to customer service that we make to our employer-clients. We help employers and employees evaluate the options and develop strategies for accompanying family members, assist family members with immigration filings, and help them maintain their status while in the U.S. In addition, we assist with applications for permanent residence for employees' spouses and children.

I-9 SERVICES

Our attorneys help employers comply with labor and employment laws that pertain to foreign workers, including assistance with Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9, which is used to establish employees’ identities and confirm their eligibility to work in the United States. Our compliance services include creating and maintaining public access files for H-1B employees, as well as filing labor condition applications with the Department of Labor.

We represent employers who wish to sponsor foreign nationals for permanent residence by filing applications for permanent labor certification (PERM), immigrant visa petitions, and applications for adjustment of status from temporary to permanent resident. We also assist with petitions for permanent residence for eligible dependent family members.
